SHIPPING (Retail orders only)

Shipping costs cover the cost of protective packaging in addition to shipping fees. We offer free ground shipping for retail orders totaling $50 or more (continental US only).

Retail orders are typically processed within 3-5 days and ship from our Virginia warehouse via UPS or USPS. Please allow an additional 2-10 days for transit based on delivery location. Tracking, if available, is sent via email on the day your order ships.

RETURNS

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days after the original order date. At our sole discretion after 30 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in new, unused condition in original packaging. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage

• in original packaging

• within 30 days of the order date

• must not be a special order or a custom order

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
