  • When will my order ship?
    Retail orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Wholesale orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship, depending on volume of order. These fulfillment lead times are needed because we may need to print or make items to order. Our team will work around the clock to get your items out as soon as possible!
  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    Smaller, lighter orders (for instance a few cards) will ship via USPS First Class. Please allow additional time for USPS to deliver. Other orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. You may also reach out to us with your FedEx or UPS account number.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Sorry, at this time we ship only to the continental U.S.
  • Can I find your products in stores?
    We are currently working to get products into retail locations. If you'd like to purchase our products locally, please contact your local store and request that they carry our products!
  • What if my item arrives and is not what I was expecting?
    We make every effort to provide detailed, accurate information about each product in our catalog. If you find an error in our description, please contact our customer care department and let us know. We will do what we can to correct it.
  • I decided I no longer want the item I ordered. Can I return it?
    If you changed your mind and no longer want your order, contact our customer care department to request a return authorization. We will accept unused items in their original packaging up to 30 days after purchase. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Are all your products earth friendly?
    We strive to be earth conscious when developing our products. Whenever possible, we choose: - recycled, unbleached papers - compostable packaging - organic fabrics - biodegradable labeling and fastenings - minimal everything
